A 20-year veteran in the healthcare industry, Jen Lloyd is VP of operations at Wapiti Medical Staffing. Lloyd joined Wapiti in 2018 as region operations director and acquired her current role in June 2020, in part due to her commitment to rural hospitals and providers. Her performance speaks for itself: Facilities where Wapiti provides full-time emergency medicine coverage have achieved 98% patient satisfaction scores. This has helped solidify Wapiti’s Best of Staffing for Client and Talent awards for the sixth year in a row.
