CEO Janette Marx led Airswift’s merger with Competentia, raising capital of $165 million on the Norwegian bond market as part of a business refinance in 2021. Marx joined Airswift in 2014 and attained her current role in 2018. In a career spanning nearly three decades, Marx has been a champion for humanity; she chairs the board for the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer Greater Houston Chapter and also serves on the board of the American Staffing Association.
