Iwona Szmitkowska is VP of the management board of Work Service. She’s a graduate of the French-Polish postgraduate studies in management at the University of Poznan and Rennes (2003) and the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz. She also graduated from the Naval Academy in Gdynia and studied at the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń. She gained professional experience at Work Service as a Customer service department director and regional director then as a branch manager and branch director. Since the March 2014, she has been the president of the Work Service Foundation and in January 2016, she assumed her current role.
