Isabelle Callebaut is director of Randstad Professionals in Belgium. Callebaut started her career at IT business SAARI (since renamed SAGE) in 1990. She joined Randstad in 1995 as a regional manager— responsible for the development of the temporary staffing business in East Flanders — before becoming a director of Randstad’s specialist engineering staffing brand Insel in 2008.
