Hiromi Tazaki is CEO of the JAC Recruitment Japan and CEO of the Tazaki Group, which founded JAC Recruitment in London in 1975. Tazaki co-founded JAC Recruitment Japan in 1988. In 2011, she was appointed chairman of the company’s Japanese business representative director and chairman of the board. JAC Recruitment in Japan has more than 750 employees working in nine offices, offering recruitment for full-time roles and an online recruitment portal. With a banking background from the city of London as well as Japan, including Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Tazaki expanded the recruitment business overseas.
