Hetal Parikh is the co-founder and president of Rangam Consultants Inc., a minority-, woman- and disability-owned supplier of workforce solutions globally. She has led Rangam to become more than just a staffing company; with a goal of employment for everyone, she’s currently investing in efforts to transform the employment landscape for individuals with disabilities. Recent accolades include being named National Director of the WPO, Accenture Protégé of the Year, and WBE Star, and recognition in Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship Report.
