Helena Ribeiro is founder and chief executive officer of Brazil-based Empreza Group, which comprises six companies focused on providing services in the fields of HR, business process management, temporary management, and outsourced services. The group has grown organically and is recognized as one of the largest national players of its type. Ribeiro also chairs the Strategic Committee Business Affairs Committee, which aims to train and digitally include young people in their first job. Ribeiro has an Executive MBA in Business Management and Strategic Human Resource Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation.
