Heidi Golledge last year launched Jobot, a career platform that combines experienced recruiters and AI technology to match jobs to job seekers. She is focused on developing a culture and company that promotes a fun, rewarding workplace while disrupting the staffing and recruiting space. In just one year, the self-funded firm has grown to 100 employees, $6 million in revenue and a $24 million-a-year run rate. Golledge is also co-founder and CEO of CareerBliss — a career community with more than 700,000 company reviews and 8 million job postings — and previously co-founded IT recruiting firm CyberCoders, which is now part of ASGN Inc.
