Gordana Landen joined The Adecco Group as chief human resources officer in 2019 and is a member of its executive committee. She is focused on implementing Adecco’s DE&I agenda in the new world of work and leading its transformation and Future@Work strategy. Her DE&I strategy aims to foster trust and collaboration within the company. Landen and the Adecco are also campaigning for more inclusive employment worldwide through a range of global partnerships, associations and other initiatives. The Adecco Group is engaging with employers to develop programs and pathways that embrace diverse talent.
