Francesca Contardi is VP of Assolavoro, the National Association of Employment Agencies in Italy. Appointed in 2014, Contardi is the first woman to hold the office, having been a member of the board since 2010. Contardi began her career in the staffing industry in 1997 working for Adecco, before moving to Michael Page in 1999. Between 2000 and 2004 she was director of Michael Page’s Engineering division. In 2005 Contardi was appointed to the executive board of Page Personnel and promoted to her current role of managing director of Page Personnel Italy in 2005.
