Ekaterina Gorokhova is general manager and president of Russia’s Association of Private Employment Agencies, which was established in 2011 by key players of the Russian staffing market. She initiated the foundation of APEA and became the first leader of the association. She actively lobbied against Russia’s ban on temporary staffing and protested the country’s new law, which became effective Jan. 1, 2016. Gorokhova is country group leader of Russia and Poland for Kelly Services. She joined Kelly Services in 1999 in Saint-Petersburg. In 2001, Gorokhova was appointed country manager, Kelly Services Sweden, and in 2002 she returned to Russia and became general manager of Kelly Services CIS. In 2004, she became VP.
