In 2018, DeLibra Wesley took on the new role of executive VP of operations for The Delta Companies, an organization that Wesley describes as “a part of her.” In this position, Wesley has affected thousands of placements with the organization and implemented invaluable money-saving processes. Wesley credits her success to her ability to recognize when a process is broken, find a solution and implement changes quickly. She believes a team is only as good as its weakest employee, and prides herself on her talent for hiring sharp, hardworking team members. The Delta Companies is the 136th-largest staffing firm in the US.
