Dawn Serpe, VP of strategic accounts at Collabera, leads the IT and professional staffing firm’s new business client acquisition team in North America. Collabera has historically posted 20% year-over-year growth, and the strategic accounts team Serpe oversees contributes to a good part of that revenue. Serpe, who joined the company five years ago, also leads its culture committee, whose goals are to drive the firm’s cultural values forward and make them a part of the company’s fabric. Its approach has paid off, with Collabera being named by SIA as a Best Staffing Firm to Work For the past seven years, including two years as a Grand Prize Winner.
