After a few years of acquisitions, BG Staffing, now the 59th-largest staffing firm in the US, spent much of 2018 getting brands operating “the BG way” under Beth Garvey’s leadership as chief operating officer. Garvey attributes her success to a team of passionate people — people who share one vision and embrace the positive impact they make on others’ lives. She finds inspiration mentoring young women professionals, and is dedicated to advocating for women on their journeys. After serving as COO since 2016, Garvey became president and CEO in October 2018 and is thrilled to continue helping “as many people as possible find their perfect career” in her new role.
