Becky Frankiewicz joined ManpowerGroup in July 2017 as regional president of ManpowerGroup North America. The current year has been one of the most challenging in her 25-plus-year career, but she takes pride in carrying on values-based leadership during a health, social and financial crisis in the US. Her passion for helping people find meaningful and sustainable work, advancing women in leadership, and advocating for conscious inclusion has made her a sought-after speaker at business forums across the country. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, she managed a $2.6 billion portfolio at PepsiCo. She is a board member for Energizer Holdings Inc.
