Barbara McGrath was elected president of Ireland’s National Recruitment Federation in 2014. In 2015, she was appointed deputy managing director of the Brightwater Group. McGrath joined BrightStar Recruitment (formerly Brightwater Support) as head of recruitment in 2005. In January 2007, McGrath was appointed regional operations manager and a year later was promoted to operations director. In January 2011, she was appointed to the board where she assumed full responsibility for BrightStar Recruitment; as well as the IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing and Science & Pharmaceutical divisions.
