Beeline COO Autumn Vaupel is accountable for ensuring the success of Beeline customers. In 2021, while working remotely, Vaupel’s professional services organization reduced the time to implement new system installations by more than 30%; as a result, customer retention reached the highest level in nine years, and customer satisfaction measured by NPS methodology increased significantly. In May, Vaupel took on the responsibility of leading Beeline’s new acquisition, JoinedUp, a UK-based provider of high-volume workforce solutions that addresses the challenges and complexities of shift-based temporary labor.
