As Randstad North America’s chief diversity and inclusion officer, Audra Jenkins advocates for Randstad’s business resource groups supporting women, veterans, multicultural groups, disabled and LGBTQIA+, and hosts fireside chats and open forums to discuss recent social injustice movements and to bring about real change within the workplace. She also provides clients guidance for effective diversity, inclusion and compliance strategies. Jenkins serves on the boards of the National Diversity Council and the Diversity Education Leadership Academy. Randstad US this year achieved a top score of 100 in the Disability Equality Index and was named to DiversityInc’s 2020 Top 50 Companies List for the second consecutive year.
