As chief diversity and inclusion officer at Randstad North America, Audra Jenkins balances the needs of the business while also helping shift cultures, changing perspectives and elevating the dialogue through strategic actions and conversations around diversity, equity and inclusion. In addition to advancing DE&I among Randstad employees, she also partners with customers to achieve their own diversity goals.
