April Pish is CEO of Update Inc., the fourth-largest US provider of legal staffing. Pish is an attorney herself and joined New York-based Update in 2006. She says one of her company’s biggest accomplishments in the past year has been its synergy with parent company Driven Inc. that has led to growth encompassing an expansion of its client base and its offerings. Future plans at Update include further development of its specialized division. “We have been experts in the legal staffing industry for over 20 years,” Pish says, “and we will see additional growth as a specialized placement firm for attorneys and non-attorneys in a variety of complementary business segments.”
