April Donaldson, former executive VP of Strategic Staffing Solutions, has been in the staffing industry since 1996 and has held just about every role from receptionist to high-level executive. Donaldson also helped develop SIA’s Certified Contingent Workforce Professional accreditation program. Looking back at the past two years, her proudest moments included building the MSP practice at S3. Another highlight was her work creating a playbook and strategy for handling the impact of Covid-19 for patient care at hospital customers nationally. At all times, including during the pandemic, she tries to ensure staffing clients’ needs are met.
