Annemarie Muntz is managing director of global labor market strategy at Randstad and honorary president of the World Employment Confederation, which represents the staffing industry on a global basis. A professional lobbyist for the HR service industry, she chaired WEC from 2014 to 2020 and WEC-Europe, its European counterpart, from 2005 to 2017. Muntz interacts with international institutions and also co-chaired the B20 Employment and Education Taskforce. She is particularly proud of the “Safely Back to Work in the New Normal” project — initiated by Randstad NV, The Adecco Group and ManpowerGroup and adopted by the WEC in 2020 — which aims to build an inclusive post-pandemic world of work.
