Anne Heraty has been CEO of Cpl Resources plc since founding the company in 1989. Ireland’s largest recruitment company now counts 23 brands and 48 offices across Ireland, the UK and Central and Eastern Europe. Revenue for fiscal 2019 increased 8% year over year to €564.8 million and gross profit increased 16% to €96.2 million. Heraty last year helped launch Open Doors, a group focused on increasing access to the labor market for marginalized groups. This year she was awarded the Hall of Fame Award at the 2019 TALiNT International Annual Recruitment Awards.
