Anna Wicha is president of Polski Forum HR (formerly the Association of Temporary Employment Agencies), which promotes ethical conduct and high quality service in Poland’s employment industry. Her career in recruitment started in 2000 when she joined Adecco as a sales consultant. Quickly scaling the corporate ladder, Wicha was promoted to country manager of Adecco Poland in 2007. Between 2010 and 2011 she was also operational manager for Adecco Romania. Wicha was elected to the board of the European Confederation of Private Employment Services (Eurociett) in 2011.
