Anna Wicha has been with Adecco since 2000. In 2007, she was appointed country manager, Romania. In 2010 and 2011, and again since 2014, she added responsibility for the overall strategic activities of Adecco in Romania. Since 2010, she has been the president of the Polish HR Forum. She also serves as a board member of World Employment Confederation-Europe, an organization representing employment agencies in Europe. prior to her tenure with Adecco, she worked at Masterlink Express. Wicha is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, Silesian School of Economics and Institute of Management Development in Lausanne. In 2016, she was listed in Financial Newspaper ranking of 25 Most Entrepreneurial Women in Poland.
