Amy Golding took on the role of CEO of Opus Talent Solutions last year, becoming the UK’s youngest female CEO of a $100 million company. She first joined Opus as group managing director in 2017. Prior to that, she had founded Recruitment Entrepreneur, a venture capital platform that backed a number of recruitment businesses growing to a £20 million turnover in just three years. Golding graduated from Cambridge University and then worked in M&A at Deloitte. She was headhunted to become British-Pakistani entrepreneur James Caans’ personal business advisor. Golding also stars in Lavoie Films’ docuseries “Top Recruiter” as well as recruitment-focused “The Movement” TV show.
