Amy Bush has been delivering outsourced talent solutions for two decades — but becoming president of RPO provider Sevenstep made 2018 a monumental year. She finds inspiration and success by taking an active role in delivery. Her hands-on approach has produced a 20% increase in revenue across 50-plus countries, a 33% increase in client base and expanded total workforce capabilities through the successful assimilation of MDI Group, an IT staffing provider acquired by parent company Motion Recruitment Partners. Bush has also championed the development of a diversity and inclusion program across Sevenstep and Motion Recruitment Partners. She plans to continue adding to Sevenstep’s global delivery footprint.
