With more than 10 years in staffing, Alexandra Campbell plays an instrumental role in the success and rapid growth of Tundra Technical Solutions’ RPO and core recruitment service offerings across North America. She has helped position Tundra as one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the US and one of the largest staffing firms in Canada. Since becoming senior director of sales in 2018, Campbell has accelerated both team and client growth for Tundra, leading her team to 500-plus RPO placements in 2021; building large, agile RPO programs for a diverse client base; and collaborating with clients and top-level executives to drive talent acquisition and contingent workforce program success.
