Alex Fleming joined the Adecco Group directly out of university in 1997 as a recruitment consultant and worked her way up to her current role as country head and president of staffing and solutions, The Adecco Group, UK & Ireland. Fleming has previously held senior roles within Adecco Group’s general staffing brands including as managing director of Adecco Retail and Spring Personnel in 2013. She was appointed to her current role in February 2018, where she is responsible for driving strategic direction, innovation and new growth opportunities across the Adecco, Office Angels and Pontoon brands.
