Aanchal “Ann” Thakur is eTeam’s global director – strategic accounts. For Thakur, it’s about creating relations — whether it be to help clients meet their goals or connecting talent with their next best opportunity. It is relationships that have helped her build eTeam from its founding in 1999 to a staffing provider with global presence in more than six countries. And while Thakur is often thought of as the face of the company, she says it’s the strength of the people at eTeam that have helped the company reach where it is now. Thakur’s recent accomplishments include continuing to deliver on strategic and tactical plans for customers as well as bringing client perspectives and viewpoints to eTeam’s leadership.
